Olympic Controls specializes in offering machine automation products. Our products include machine controllers drive/controllers amplifiers AC/DC drives integrated motors mechanical components conveyors and robotics. The ACR1505 series of motion controller is a PCI-based card. It is capable of controlling up to 4 axes of either servo or stepper drive it features 4-encoder input ports and a total of 48 I/O onboard which is arranged as 16 inputs 16 outputs and 16 configurable. It offers many additional features including triggered floating point electronic gearing triggered segmented electronic CAM on-the-fly position & velocity matching interruptible moves analog or digital feedback for position or velocity loops dual-encoder feedback data teach & learn functions plus 3D arcs and splines. The animatics smart motor is designed in such a way that it integrates a complete servo motion control system into a single component. The system includes a brushless servo motor brushless servo drive and motion controller with software communications & I/O packaged into a standard Nema frame size servo motor body.
